I was taken on time. What was going to be done on the car was explained and when a couple of problems popped up, I was given a full explanation and a choice as to have them corrected that day or to make another appointment that would fit my schedule. I chose the latter. Each employee I came in contact with was most courteous and helpful.

The service department team did an excellent job taking care of my 2014 Corvette. Communication was enhanced via text and a video log of all the work being accomplished on the vehicle. I was updated on the progress throughout the service.

The receptionist was so friendly and answered all of my questions. I was concerned about a few things about my car. They found what the situation was and was able to do what needed to be done.

Not interested in telling

Exceptional customer service! I am new to the area and had an emergency with the battery in my car. The dealerships in my area did not accept my maintenance plan and I was in a tough spot especially since it was already later in the day. Reynolds was the only dealership that responded to my call in a timely manner and gave me a helping hand and accepted my maintenance plan. The service department was helpful throughout the process and they're rental department also did an excellent job as well. It is almost an hour drive for me but it was worth the drive and will have no problem returning for future service.

Work completed as requested, multi point inspection showed some minor repairs which I will take care of soon, the video was great, I really appreciate the visual and recommendations.
